online User Manual
PearBible (KJV) is a pretty electronic version of the Bible
that lets you enjoy the truths of God`s Word anywhere you go. You don’t need to carry heavy books
with you any more, now everything you need is in your PDA! It also includes a few religion holidays.
You can export these holidays into the DateBook, when you want to set reminders on them.
If you prefer reading in Memo you can export texts of the Bible and descriptions of holidays there as well.

Supports all handhelds running Palm OS 4.0 or later.

Supports Hi-Res (320x320), Hi-Res Plus Portrait (320x480) and
Landscape (480x320) mode displays.

Supports 1/2/4/8/16-bit displays.
To install this application you should synchronize "PearBibleKJV.prc", using your hotsync program and then launch it.
General
Below you can see the main window
of the application where you can read and manage the information. The
interface was created to make the application look simple and easy to
use. Here you can find some directions how to use the application more
effectively.

Main window consists of three
parts: Tree View (left part of the screen), Text Area
(right part of the screen) and Launch Panel (bottom part of
the screen).
In Tree View you can
see three folders. All of them, except for the folder
"Holidays", contain Bible's texts. Folder "Holidays" contains
religious holidays. |
Text Area

Text Area is the
part of the main window where the Bible text is displayed.
At the top of the Text Area you can see
folder's name, chapter's number and the page you have
chosen.
If you choose holiday you’ll
see the holiday's name and the holiday's date.
Text Area
has scroll buttons
which are placed on Launch Panel. Use them to scroll
down to the page you want. |
Tree View

Tree View is the part of
the main window where you can choose chapters or holidays.
Tree View has horizontal and
vertical scroll bars which makes navigation more comfortable.
You can close it by tapping
the close
button.
Then you can see Text Area
in its maximum size.
You can also change the width
of Tree View by tapping the right edge of the tree and then
moving it. |
Launch Panel

Launch Panel
is a control menu located at the bottom of the main window. Below you can find description
for each button:
Tap this button to hide/show Tree View.
Tap this button to export record into Memo.
 Tap
this button to export record into DateBook.
Tap this button to delete record from Memo. Note, this button is
available only when a record is exported.
Tap this button to delete record from DateBook. Note, this button is
available only when a record is exported.
Tap this button to delete all records from Memo and DateBook.
Tap this button (info button) to see the product information or to
register it.
Use these buttons to scroll Text Area from one page to
another.

To export a record into Memo
tap this button
first.
You'll see the dialog window. Tap 'Ok' button to export the
record. You can export this record into DateBook as well, just mark the DateBook checkbox. |

Deleting from Memo

record. You can delete this record from DateBook as well, just mark the dateBook checkbox. |

record. You can delete this record from Memo as well, just mark the Memo checkbox. |

About window
shows where you can purchase the application. You can also find the Product Homepage
there. Tap the Register button to open
the Registration window where you can enter the registration
code. You’ll receive the registration code after you purchase the
application. |

Once you purchase PearBible (KJV) the
registration code will be e-mailed to you. After you receive it you
should enter it in the Registration window. To open this
window, you should tap the info button on Launch Panel and
you'll see About window. Tap the Register
button.
